HANDBAGS AND SMALL GOODS
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, HALOTOPIA handbags and small goods are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects only (a dated proof of purchase is required). If the handbag, wallet, or small good proves to have defects in manufacturing anytime within the first year, we will repair the item free of charge with the same or comparable product based on the purchase price. If we are unable to repair the item, we will replace the item with the same or comparable product based on the purchase price. As we are a fashion company, we cannot guarantee that the same style or color will be available for your replacement. For any manufacturing defects within this time frame, repairs are on us. Warranty repairs may take between 6-8 weeks or longer to complete. Beyond the warranty period and policy, we do not offer repair services.
Including an authorized warranty repair form, we invite you to send your handbag, small good back to HALOTOPIA. Items received without an authorized warranty repair form will be mailed back at the expense of the sender. You may submit a request for a warranty repair authorization via email at CustomerCare@HALOTOPIA.com Please include the following details:
- The style number
- Photos of the item clearly showing the issue
- A copy of the proof of purchase (such as an original receipt, pack slip, or credit card statement).
Upon review and approval, you will be emailed an authorized warranty repair approval which must be included when sending your products in for warranty repair.
This warranty does not cover and is void if the handbag, wallet, or small good has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, dye transference, accident, negligence, misuse, scratches, stains of any kind, over stuffing, hardware tarnishing, lost or stolen items, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in manufacturing, or if a valid receipt is not included.

Due to the delicate nature and finishing process of our fine jewelry pieces, it is best to store your HALOTOPIA fine jewelry in their respective dust bags or boxes in a clean, dry place. To clean each piece of jewelry, wipe with a soft UNTREATED cloth, and keep your jewelry away from moisture as it may cause tarnishing. A complimentary untreated polishing cloth is included with each jewelry piece ordered.
To maintain the luster of your jewelry it is recommended that you polish your piece before and after each use. Then placing it in its protective bag or box. Wearing it after cleaning, makeup, perfumes, oils, lotions and hairspray is also recommended as chemicals in these agents can negatively affect the finish. Additionally, keep your fine jewelry away from inks, nail polish removers and areas with chlorine.
Taking care of your fine jewelry piece will ensure that you will enjoy it for a lifetime.
CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The warranties offered herein by HALOTOPIA are nontransferable and do not cover damages arising from normal wear and tear, dye transference, accidents, scratches, over stuffing, stains of any kind, hardware tarnishing, negligence, lost or stolen items, loose or lost gemstones, misuse or any alteration, service or repair performed by any other party other than HALOTOPIA or other factors not due to defects in manufacturing.
